Returns are not accepted for open boxes.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items by a trackable signed for service. Please email sales@rosaderma.com to initiate a return.
Return postage is payable by the customer.
After 7 days, if a new returns tracking number has not been emailed to sales@rosaderma.com, you will no longer be eligible for a return.
Refunds are processed once the return has been received by ourselves. All returns are at your own risk and we do not take any liability for lost returns, including returns due to failed delivery.
Please follow the tracking on your parcel closely to ensure you are available to receive it at the time of delivery.
Any packages returned by post offices (where the recipient has not collected their package after an unsuccessful delivery and recipient not available for signed delivery, will be issued a refund once we have received the package back. The refund will exclude the original shipping fee.
