These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services via Rosaderma’s online store https://www.rosaderma.com by you the consumer.

It is recommended that you carefully read through our Terms and Conditions before completing your order via Rosaderma.

Ordering Online at Rosaderma

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase from our online store. You are able to place orders online via the website https://www.rosaderma.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless notified via the homepage. You will receive an email confirmation outlining your order.
It is our responsibility to ensure all prices are correct at the time of purchase.

The purchaser accepts that he/she is responsible for checking all importation regulations to ensure compliance within their home country.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, we do not accept cancellations. As soon as your order has been despatched or collected via "our courier", you are not able to cancel or get a refund. 

Your tracking may show 'label created and not yet in system', even when the item has been collected by "our courier", this is because the item has not transferred to "your courier". Customers are not able to dispute this and we are able to provide evidence of the parcel being handed to "our courier". 

If you have been emailed that an item was out of stock and it will be despatched as soon as it comes back in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it is sent. You won't be able to cancel it after it has been sent. The only time to cancel is between the notification from us to say 'it's out of stock' and before you receive the shipping confirmation email to say 'it's on it's way.'

Order Despatch
Rosaderma will despatch your order within 24 hours, taking into consideration stock availability and time zone differences.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive another email to confirm the tracking number. It is your duty to ensure your delivery information is correct, as we cannot be held liable for any incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We select reliable couriers for delivery and all items are tracked and signed for. Please be prepared for delays during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and postal strikes.

We do not accept returns for open boxes and no refund is applied to boxes that have been opened.  

We check our product packaging carefully to see it is intact and not damaged before sending it out. Gel syringes are sealed and protected inside a small package that is further protected by outer branded packaging. The manufacturers have ensured optimum protection of the main product.

We also check each order carefully to ensure the correct items are sent to you. 

    In addition, we do not issue refunds for orders where delivery has been refused by yourself where you have entered the wrong address or if the item has been detained at border control or customs.

    The terms and conditions of this store confirm you the customer have agreed to accept our returns policy, cancellation policy and terms and conditions when you checkout and complete your purchase.

    We are an international company based in the United Kingdom and your order is subject to customs processing and clearance. Please take this into account as we do not give refunds for dispatched items that are going through customs.

    We are not held liable for any loss of business or earnings to your company, that arise as a result of delivery delays or your country's customs clearance.

    Acceptable Payments Types
    We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. All payments are subject to authorization from your bank. Rosaderma reserve the right to cancel any orders if fraud is suspected.

    Rosaderma are an international merchant and take no liability to comply with the laws and legislation for the country in which you reside and make your purchases from, e.g., where the order will be despatched to.

    Use of Products

    You are responsible for the sale/use of the products within the country you reside, based on the legislation of that country.

    Products should be administered by a trained professionals who agree to treat you. You must check with them first, if they agree to administer the product purchased by you, before you commit to buy.

    As a supplier, we don't give advise on the treatment of products. Each customer is different and will require different levels of volume depending on their individual requirements and type of treatment. 

    Any product that is wasted because of self-treatment is at your own expense. We don't take any liability for loss of product. 

    Shipping Protection (Transport Insurance)

    Shipping Protection is for loss of packages "in transit" before delivery.

    The "In transit" phase refers to packages that are "outside" of the customs processing/clearance stage; before the package enters customs and after the package clears. The period of time when a package is within customs does not count towards any protection.

    All claims require formal investigation before approved.

    Once a package is declared as formally lost, a re-shipment will be processed. No refund or monetary compensation is given.

    Shipping protection does not protect against packages left in a safe place, with any form of signature release requested by the recipient.

    Lost packages that are later found and delivered require the recipient to pay 50% towards the re-shipped package. This is only in the case when two packages are delivered.
